March

3 years 7 months - Alec joined Piaget Singapore Academy, a so-called Montessori school.  Alec can write his own name. Mom taught Alec's class  how to garden.

3 years 8 months - Alec, Mom and Dad went to Bali this month.  Learned the forms of land and water.  Like: Peninsula, Gulf, etc. Because he has been using big marker, Alec is having a hard time holding the school's tiny pencil.  His Bahasa Indonesia is getting better every day.

3 years 9 months - Celebrated mini Olympic at school and won a couple of games.  Alec's picture appeared several times in a couple of local newspapers.  Alec celebrated St. Patrick's Day with Mom and Dad's friend's kids.  Alec started to like computer games, action heros and went wild with Legos.  His writing skill improved greatly

June

3 years 10 months - Alec painted his own Easter basket and some eggs to share with friends.  Mom made a big machine egg for Alec to keep.  Alec celebrated Pet Day at school this month and still loves doing yard work at home.  More passionate about Legos and has started to ask about purchasing gun toys.  Together with Mom and Dad, Alec went into the Sumatran Jungle and played with some Sumatran Elephants

3 years 11 months - Since June will be school break, Alec celebrated Mother's Day and Father's day early at school.  Legos still dominate Alec's play this month, and on graduation day the family went on R&R to Utah.  We celebrated Alec's birthday early this year.  We spent a day out with Thomas in Herber City, visited Legoland and Disneyland in California

BIG 4 !!! - Alec had a blast in Disneyland!  Well, who wouldn't?  He also went back to Legoland on Father's Day with Brad, Renae, Grandma and his cousins.  Alec also visited Grandpa Harold and Grandma Linda in Phoenix and spent a whole day with Grandpa Harold playing in Waterworld.  We visited the Cabela store which Alec enjoyed immensely. He cannot stop talking about it.
